He is also the founder and President of the bonded warehouse and distribution company BHI, Canada’s leading distributor to the duty free industry.

Mr. Talens has a great balance between the technical solutions and understanding the business objectives. This allows him to lead the software development team while improving existing business workflows. He has been in the IT industry for over 17 years and has in depth experience in freight and logistics, customs, payment solutions and retail management systems.

Mr. Findlay held senior financial positions for over 30 years with experience in retail and wholesale sales and distribution. Former associations include CFO IMASCO Limited, VP Finance and Corporate Services for Rothmans Benson & Hedges (Canada) Limited.

Ms. Burlon's career spans 20 years with an emphasis and concentration in all areas of finance, including cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting. Marcella has managed regional operational metrics in addition to creating and implementing financial assurance programs to ensure compliance for audits.

Ms. Rebello achieved her CCS Certified Customs Specialist Designation in 2007. She has 8 years experience in Customs & Bonded Warehousing.

Janet Perkins has over 29 years’ experience in the U S Customs Brokerage Business. Her career started in Detroit and worked at several border crossings including Port Huron, MI, Sault Ste. Marie, MI, Detroit Metro Airport and Chicago. Janet is a Licensed Customs Broker and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS). Her background encompasses a variety of capacities ranging from import brokerage, freight forwarding, supply chain management and customs operations She is also a volunteer for the Chicago FDA Regulatory Committee.
