Phil is a Professional Logistician (P.Log); a licensed Customs broker and a Certified Customs Specialist (CCS), his background
encompasses a variety of capacities ranging from Brokerage, Freight forwarding, Transportation, Customs Operations and
Public Affairs.

for over 17 years and has in depth experience in freight and logistics, customs,

including cash flow management, forecasting and budgeting. Marcella has managed regional operational
metrics in addition to creating and implementing financial assurance programs to ensure compliance for audits.
