Michael Beler: President

Mr. Beler has over 30 years experience in various aspects of Canadian wholesale and retail management including the management of every major airport duty free operation in Canada. He is also the founder and President of the bonded warehouse and distribution company BHI, Canada’s leading distributor to the duty free industry.

Doug Findlay, C.A.: VP Finance

Mr. Findlay has over 15 years of diverse Financial Management, Planning and Support experience.  Possessing strong technical skills and the ability to see beyond the finance function he has built a reputation for “making a difference” with such household names as The Walt Disney Company and Benjamin Moore Paints.

Ron Findlay, C.A.: Senior Financial Advisor

Mr. Findlay held senior financial positions for over 30 years with experience in retail and wholesale sales and distribution. Former associations include CFO IMASCO Limited, VP Finance and Corporate Services for Rothmans Benson & Hedges (Canada) Limited

Cassandra Cassar: VP MIS

Ms. Cassar has over 15 years experience in program design, warehouse and custom brokers MIS functions. She has the rare ability to couple technical expertise to practical functionality.

Daniel Stewart: VP Business Development, Customs

Mr. Stewart achieved Professional Designation in 2003. He has over 10 years experience as a Client Service executive with large customs brokerage houses.

Tim Korba: Director of Business Development, Freight

Mr. Korba has over 20 years of freight and logistics experience at some of Canada’s largest freight and logistics providers. He has a track record of success with finding solutions for U.S. exporters to Canada.

Cheryl Rebello: Client Service Manager

Ms. Rebello achieved her CCS Certified Customs Specialist Designation in 2007.  She has 8 years experience in Customs & Bonded Warehousing.
